Daniel C. Dooley, President
Dan co-founded Maplewood Investment Advisors, Inc. in March of 2000 where he serves as President. Prior to the founding of MPLW, he served as CFO/Vice President for thirteen years at May Financial Corporation where he helped create the company's correspondent division as well as servicing retail customers. Dan offers financial, estate and investment advice to individuals, corporate and retirement plans. In addition, he co-heads the firms Tri-Party and independent agent divisions.
Dan served on DBCC of District 7 of the NASD where he served as Chairman and Vice Chairman and was a member of the NASD Small Firm Advisory Board. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, Texas Society of CPA's and the Dallas Chapter of CPA's. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Legal Reserve Insurance Agent, General Securities Principal, Financial and Operations Principal, Options Principal, Municipal Securities Principal, Registered Securities Trader and General Securities Agent.
Dan holds a BBA in accounting from Baylor University.
He and his wife, Cari, have been married since 1984 and have a daughter, Margaret.

Cynthia E. Besek, Senior Vice President
A 1986 graduate of Texas Tech University, Cindy holds a BBA in Finance and is licensed as a General Securities Principal, General Securities Agent, as well as a Registered Securities Trader. Her prior positions at Rotan Mosle, Inc., Lovett Mitchell Webb & Garrison and Kidder Peabody have provided Cindy with experience in many areas of the investment industry.
In 1990, Cindy joined May Financial Corporation where she became the Principal in charge of the Trading Division. In March of 2000, Cindy became one of the founding members of Maplewood Investment Advisors, Inc.
Cindy maintains a retail client account base and works in conjunction with Dan Dooley developing and servicing the Tri-Party and Independent Agent Divisions. Cindy served on the NASD District 6 Committee from 2003 to 2006. She is the former Chair and Vice Chair of that committee as well as serving on the NASD Advisory Council and the Regional Nominating Committee.
A native Texan, Cindy and her husband, Michael Young, live in Dallas.
